Top > Selling On WaZooie Search: Invoices to buyers?? (No Shipping Specified) Created: 6/24/2008 Updated: 6/24/2008Mail Item to a Friend Q If I have not specified a shipping cost in my ad, then am I responsible for sending my buyer the invoice? And, if so, do I get an e-mail saying the someone has bought something and needs an invoice? A Hi! If you haven't specified shipping costs within your listing, then you should visit PayPal and set up your Shipping Calculator (Preferences) there, so that once your buyer clicks on the PayPal Checkout link in the "You're a Winner" email, PayPal will automatically input the shipping charges based on your specifications...adding the winning bid amount plus your shipping fees. You don't have to send out any extra invoices, or do anything extra! You can set up your Shipping Calculator according to the Cost of the Item, the Weight of the Item and Total Number Of Items. You can set these up to be Flat Fees or Percentages. It's actually quite easy to complete. This is how I set up my Shipping Calculator: Inside of PayPal, under Merchant Services, there is a section named: Shipping and Taxes. Under there you will see a link named “Shipping Calculator”. Click on that you just follow their lead. You can specify preferred shipping options, shipping days, etc. I hope this was helpful!
